We had a
great time at the Whitley County Writer’s Group last night, with a surprise
guest – the mother of Steven Womack, Senior Partner at my publisher, Whiskey
Creek Press. And she walked in carrying a copy of Storm Chaser! Emily grabbed a photo of me during the talk:
Meanwhile,
the Albion Fire Department’s annual Breakfast With the Firefighters is Saturday
morning from 8-11 a.m. – I’ll only be there for a little while, but they’ll
have copies available of Smoky Days and
Sleepless Nights: A Century Or So With The Albion Fire Department. $9.95, with proceeds going to the fire
department.
