Getting Older Sucks; Cancer Sucks More

Prayers and good thoughts requested for my mom Linda Taylor, who’s doing rehab after knee replacement surgery. I’m sure she’d like visits and cards at North Ridge Village Nursing and Rehab in Albion, where she’ll be for the next couple of weeks getting her leg working again.

Of a more critical nature, our friend Izzy’s cancer is back; she and her mom, Sonja, need all the support they can get. She beat it before—she can do it again. But when adults go through medical difficulties it’s easier to understand the situation … and so much harder on a child. #TeamIzzy
