The Desert Rocks: A Book Review: My Review of Karla Telega’s "Box of Rocks" Obviously, with a handle like The Desert Rocks I was immediately drawn to the title of Karl...
Any time at all! On a related note, would you be interested in me stopping by for my blog tour? I If I haven't asked you already ... I'm starting to lose track of who I've talked to and who I haven't, as I got started on the idea late. Storm Chaser Shorts is close to the official release date, and I have no idea what I'm doing.
Hi Mark. Good thing I decided to look back on your posts. Yes, please let me know what and when. I'm good for the next two weeks and then it can be Mark Hunter in his shorts. Whoops, well you know....
Anytime you want, I can put it together -- all I need to know is whether you want to do an interview or get a post from me, and if it's the latter if there's any specific area you'd like me to discuss, or if you want me to relate it to the short story collection, or whatever you prefer. I'm that easy!
And I might actually be in my shorts, because what I do in my office stays in my office.
I've only had two guests and both times I wrote a small introduction and then I handed it over. Say whatever you want to say, but try for inspiring. That's kind of my schtick. The best part of my blog is that readers never know what to expect. Sometimes a poem, a review, a story or a recipe. There are many ways to be creative and my humorous blogs get the most views. Last month I had over 2300 views which is pretty good for any blog. I kind of think of my blog as an online magazine and if websites were as easy to update as blogs I would just have a website. Maybe you can say that with 30 years of practice anyone can do what you've done! :)
Inspiring, got it. *takes notes* I'm behind because everybody in my entire family has been sick this last week (boy, I wish I was exaggerating that one), but I'll get on it as soon as I can.
I tend to go for the funny. Sometimes I don't get there, but that's where I head -- if I can be both funny and inspiring, so much the better!
Thanks Mark for featuring me on your blog. You are a wonderful friend and Karla is an amazing writer!
