Help, I need someone ...

Much thanks to son-in-law Vince, who came over today and fixed a plumbing crisis (like there's any plumbing in my house that's *not* a crisis), and while he was here helped move a treadmill that weighs roughly the same as a WWII aircraft carrier--down stairs.  He also gave us some flooring advice while he was here ... and we need all the help we can get.
